US Lead House provides aged and real-time consumer lead data to licensed insurance agents and marketers. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through usleadhouse.com (the "Site") and during the order-fulfillment process.

2. Information we collect from buyers

• Account & contact info: name, email, billing address.
• Payment info: handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Order details: lead categories purchased, quantities, requested states.
• Site usage: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics.

3. Information about consumer leads

Lead records sold through the Site are sourced from third-party publishers operating opt-in forms. Records may include name, contact details, demographic info, and consent metadata (e.g. Jornaya/TrustedForm tokens) where available. We act as a data broker between the originating publisher and the Buyer.

4. How we use information

• To process orders, deliver lead files, and provide support.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, delivery links, replacement notifications).
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and chargeback misuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent Buyer account information to third parties.

5. Sharing

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the Site: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Google Workspace / Gmail), cloud hosting and storage. These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations and may only use the data as instructed.

6. Consumer rights (CCPA / CPRA / GDPR)

If you are a consumer whose information appears in our lead inventory and you wish to access, correct, or delete your data, or opt out of its sale or sharing, email support@usleadhouse.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will pass deletion requests upstream to the originating publisher where applicable.

7. Security

We use TLS in transit and encryption at rest for stored lead files. Access to fulfillment systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to follow industry-standard practices.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and complete checkout. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Site.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
